We do not accept returns/exchange of the goods, once the goods has been sold except for the following reasons:
- defective goods
- wrong goods are delivered
In the event of such cases, customer must inform us within 3 days of the discrepancy and we will provide customer a one-to-one exchange for the product which the customer originally ordered. Should our company is unable to provide such replacement, we will provide a refund in the form of a credit card chargeback to the customers on that particular item itself.
All products to be exchanged with us have to be returned to us in their original packaging & must be in saleable condition. |
